Selling on several channels
Shopify, eBay, Etsy and the counter. One count.
Sell the last one anywhere and it is gone everywhere. Inventory Now keeps a single stock count for each item, takes every order off it, and pushes the new quantity to each linked listing, so a market sale on Saturday does not become an eBay oversell on Sunday.

- Nº 1
Overselling the last one
A sale on one channel lowers the quantity on the others. When an item sells out, Etsy listings are set inactive and eBay listings are ended, then come back when you restock.
- Nº 2
Three dashboards, three counts
Orders from Shopify, eBay and Etsy land in one list beside your in-person sales, each carrying its marketplace order number.
- Nº 3
Fees per channel
Etsy fees arrive on the order; attach eBay fees and postage as expenses. Every order shows the profit it really left.
One count
Every order comes off the same number.
Each item has one quantity per location. A Shopify order, an eBay sale, an Etsy order and a cart checkout at a market all reduce it. Receive a delivery or finish a stocktake and the new number goes out to every linked listing.
Shopify syncs both ways. eBay and Etsy orders import automatically, and listings linked to your items by SKU follow your count. Pushes reach the marketplaces within a couple of minutes.

List it once
Add an item here, then put it on each channel.
Scan or create the item once, then push it to Shopify as a draft, to Etsy as a draft, or publish it to eBay. Items that already exist on a channel link by SKU or barcode instead of duplicating.

True profit
See what each sale actually left you.
Fees, postage and packaging sit on the order as expenses, so a $40 eBay sale and a $40 market sale show what each one really left you. Reports roll it up by item, category or month.

Stocktakes
Count a shelf, a room, or the whole store.
Start a stocktake, choose where you are counting and scan. Preview every discrepancy before you commit, then keep a report of what changed. Undo puts it all back.
