Is there a free trial?

Yes. The app is free to use with up to 10 items and no account, and paid plans include a free trial before you are charged. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

What is the difference between Personal and Professional?

Personal is unlimited items with cloud sync on up to three devices, plus backups, exports, barcodes, invoices, variants and one stocktake session a month. Professional adds the Shopify, eBay, Etsy and QuickBooks connections, Square and Tap to Pay checkout, the web app, sub-users with permissions, unlimited stocktakes, refunds, stock velocity alerts, expense tracking with True Profit, FIFO cost accounting, the daily activity email and API access.

How many stocktakes can I run on Personal?

Accepted Answer

One session a month. It is the full stocktake: scan to count, discrepancy preview, report and undo. The limit is on sessions started in a calendar month, a cancelled session does not count, and it resets on the 1st. Professional has no limit.

Question 4

What is FIFO cost accounting?

Accepted Answer

First in, first out. Professional can cost each sale at the price of the oldest units you still hold, so profit follows what you actually paid as your prices change. Switching recalculates the cost of your past sales once, from your purchase history. Personal and Free use average cost: every unit is costed at the running average of what you paid for that item.

Do I need Professional to connect Shopify, eBay, Etsy or QuickBooks?

Yes. The sales-channel and accounting connections are part of the Professional plan. Personal includes Dropbox backups and CSV exports.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, so change or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. We cannot see or modify your subscription directly. We would love to hear why you are leaving so we can improve.

Do you offer yearly billing?

Yes. Yearly plans are the best value: Personal is $10 per month billed yearly ($120) versus $14 month to month, and Professional is $20 per month billed yearly ($240) versus $29 month to month.

Enterprise plans are tailored to your business and start at $200 per month, billed yearly. They can include larger teams, dedicated servers, custom features, white-labelled apps, phone support with 1-on-1 training and custom API integrations.
