The short version

If you track tools, supplies or equipment and never sell them, Sortly's photo-first folders and QR labels are excellent. If you sell what you stock, in person or on Shopify, eBay or Etsy, Inventory Now records the sale, moves the count everywhere and shows the profit, with no item cap, for less than Sortly's two-user plan.

Sortly priceSortly's two-user plan (Advanced) is $49 a month and caps you at 500 items. Billed yearly it is $288 for the first year; after that Sortly says yearly plans are 20% off. Purchase orders start on Ultra at $149 a month.

Inventory Now priceProfessional is $20 a month billed yearly or $29 month to month, with unlimited users and devices and no setup fee. Personal is $10 a month billed yearly for one person on up to three devices.
