Smart Scan
Smart Scan is Inventory Now's photo-to-item feature: snap a product or its label and the app proposes a name, category, photo and suggested prices.
Not everything has a barcode: handmade goods, bulk produce, vintage stock, parts out of a bin. Smart Scan uses image recognition to draft the item record from a photo so you only have to confirm and adjust.
It also acts as the fallback when a scanned barcode is not in the shared product catalog.

Smart Scan lookups are limited on Free and Personal and near-unlimited on Professional.
